Pursuant to statute, Fossil Distance Learning Program is a public school and does not have to accept students who have been expelled from another Oregon public school. Students who have been expelled from an Oregon public school and submit an enrollment application to FDLP will be considered on an individual basis. Parents are responsible for informing FDLP if their students have been expelled from school upon initial submission of the enrollment application.
